- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct OT services to kindergarten students in accordance with their IEPs.
- Support students in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and IEP reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on student progress.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply if eligible).
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required school district background clearances.
