Occupational Therapist (OT)

(District wide) Vernon Nogales, AZ 2026–2027 School Year

We're looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support in a welcoming school environment.

✅ Full time - 40 hours

- Caseload is 60 students

✅ Part time - 2 days per week or 16 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct OT services to kindergarten students in accordance with their IEPs.
• Support students in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and IEP reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on student progress.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply if eligible).

Required Licensure & Certifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required school district background clearances.
