About the role

Outpatient occupational-therapy position serving nursing-home-eligible older adults. Some assessments and interventions are completed in participants’ homes. Caseload is 5–6 patients per day, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Patient population is ages 50 and above.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and interventions for older adults in both clinic and home settings
• Manage a daily caseload of 5–6 patients

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT or DOT)
• Preference given to candidates with geriatric experience

Skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Strong communication skills
• Genuine passion for elder care

Pay

Competitive salary starting at $95,500 (based on experience).
