About the role
We are currently looking for a full-time Clinician to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as the experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly as well as conditions involving misshapen ears.
Our treating Clinicians develop great relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process. This is a unique opportunity to treat patients in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas.
Responsibilities
- Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band®
- Correct infant ear shapes using EarWell®
- Serve as an expert in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears
- Develop relationships with families throughout the treatment process
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts)
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time)

Qualifications
We hire from various backgrounds, including:
- Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) with knowledge of symmetry/asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development
- Registered Nurses with hands-on patient care experience and compassion for families
- Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists with hands-on orthotics and direct patient care experience
A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required, as we provide a formal training program with mentoring.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $90,000 – $105,000, dependent on the applicant's tenure in their field and relevant experience. This position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
Schedule
Traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work.
