An Occupational Therapist provides home care services, assessing patients' ability to perform independent living skills, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and monitoring progress for safe outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Design and adjust treatment plans
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Recommend adaptive equipment
• Oversee care delivery
• Assist with discharge planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Oklahoma licensure
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain)

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and reaching
• Alertness and safety consciousness
