We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative care in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities Include Delivering rehabilitative services to improve patients' strength, balance, and mobility.Monitoring and documenting patient progress.Instructing patients and families on exercises and equipment use.Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate care.Maintaining clean, organized treatment areas and following safety standards.Participating in ongoing training to enhance skills. Qualifications Active state licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.At least one year of relevant experience.Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Physical stamina for assisting patients and performing repetitive tasks. Skills And Attributes Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles.Ability to lift and move equipment and assist with patient mobility.Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
