About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and a passion for helping individuals achieve independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to address identified needs
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to enhance clients' physical, cognitive, and social skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Document progress and communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a positive impact on people's lives

- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
