Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
Qualifications
- A current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the rehab team.
