Occupational Therapist

About the role

PRN (as-needed) schedule with flexible availability. In-house therapy program in a Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care setting. Collaborative interdisciplinary team with supportive leadership and a positive work environment. Opportunity to pick up additional hours as available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve functional independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Net Health.
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) as part of the interdisciplinary care process.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.
