Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with physical or cognitive conditions to improve self-care, mobility, and independence.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Maintain professional documentation and communicate clinical information clearly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license and Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles for physical and cognitive conditions.
• Strong communication, business writing, and team-building skills.
• Excellent time management to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Physical Demands

The role requires physical activities such as lifting (up to 60 lbs), climbing, reaching, walking, and manual dexterity, performed frequently to continually throughout the workday.
