Role Overview: An Occupational Therapist provides personalized, in-home and community-based therapy to older adults, enhancing mobility, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based treatments. Qualifications & Skills: Valid OT license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, basic computer and EMR proficiency, current CPR, and ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, assisting with transfers, and driving.
