Provides evaluations, occupational therapy services, and supervision of Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants in a community-based setting supporting individuals with brain, spinal cord, and complex injuries or illnesses. Develops personalized treatment plans, administers innovative therapies, and manages caseloads effectively. Sets up home exercise programs, performs home evaluations, and maintains thorough documentation. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, participates in training and departmental activities, and ensures compliance with standards and ethics. Supervises staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Qualifications include: a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, AOTA membership, and one year of human services experience, preferably in neuro-rehabilitation. Must possess strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with physical ability for heavy work.
