About the Role
Assess diverse patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document thoroughly, and provide motivating care to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
- Interview patients and caregivers
- Perform tests

- Monitor patient progress
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
