Occupational Therapist Assistant (PRN)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws and supervise OT treatment plans.
• Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapies within scope and legal guidelines.
• Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to healthcare team.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on therapy techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current OTA licensure and CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.
• Preferred: strong multitasking, independent work skills, and good communication and organizational abilities.
