What You’ll Do as a OT: Geriatric Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one occupational therapy as a field OT to geriatric patients in their homes.Care Planning: Implement effective plans of care to improve patient mobility and safety.Timely Documentation: Complete Evaluations, Re-Assessments, and OASIS documentation (Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge) with a clinical team that helps you get it right.Team Coordination: Collaborate with our clinical leadership team, dedicated office staff, and fellow therapy assistants to deliver outstanding patient care. What you need: License: Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) License.Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
