About the role

Actify Home Care has ongoing Geriatric OTA home health cases ready for assignment across our expanding territory. We can fast-track your credentialing and get you working quickly.

Territory: Central Palm Beach County: West Palm Beach, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Lake Worth and surrounding areas.

Pay

Completed OTA clinical visits are $50 per visit.

Responsibilities

• Geriatric Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
• Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising OT.
• Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.
• OT Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising OT.

Requirements

• License: Active Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) License.
• Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
