About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, focusing on creating tailored intervention plans to help patients develop, regain, or maintain daily living, work, and leisure skills. Facilitates patient participation in meaningful activities, promoting independence and satisfaction through creative problem-solving and education on conditions, treatment strategies, safety, and adaptive equipment for patients, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope patient care and procedures
• Model proficiency and precept new staff members
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred)
• Current licensure with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire
