Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Rehab
About the role
Under general direction from the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the OT (Occupational Therapist) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering treatments for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. OT Clinicians help these patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their needs and goals.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and training to patients and families on self-care techniques and adaptive equipment usage.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement: Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy experience.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
