Occupational Therapist - $70 to $80 per hour - Full-Time

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist to work in a school-based setting. This role will involve working with students to enhance their daily living skills and improve their functionality within the school environment. Responsibilities Assess students' physical, emotional, and developmental needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' successProvide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPsMonitor and report on student progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary Requirements Master's degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in MassachusettsExperience working in school settings preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with educators and parentsEffective organizational and time management skills Benefits 1099 contractCompetitive pay rateFull-time position$70 to $80 per hour
