Join our team as an PRN Occupational Therapist. Greenfield Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Pigeon Falls, WI and Whitehall, WI. Looking for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care. Responsibilities
- Navigate complex patient presentations and fast-paced transitions of care.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care while practicing at the top of your license.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school with a bachelor's, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
