Occupational Medicine Clerk - Baptist Physician Network - Family Medicine West - Days

Essential Job Duties

• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate party.
• Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic and provide them with all necessary paperwork or other information required for services.
• Document all encounters in assigned Electronic Medical Record System accurately.
• Scan all required documents.
• Collections all fees required prior to services rendered as applicable.
• Prepare patient packets for necessary testing to be performed.
• Provides an appropriate clinic environment for patient care by maintaining the patient areas in an orderly manner and maintaining of the work environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 Years Experience in Occupational Medicine
