Essential Responsibilities

  • Provides direct care for the treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses using established medical protocols and refer for further evaluation or treatment as necessary.
  • Collaborates with local and home office management to further the objectives of the Sterilite health and safety programs.
  • Actively manages all worker’s compensation and short term disability cases which includes the initial processing of documents, consulting with insurance carriers and medical providers while continually monitoring the employee’s recovery process in an effort to accelerate the return to work process and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or occupational health environment required.
  • RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT degree/certification required.
  • Ability to work nights when required.
