About the role
Occupational Health RN responsible for promoting workforce health and safety within a leading healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessment and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Manage employee health screenings, vaccinations, and fit testing programs.
- Support regulatory compliance with OSHA standards and infection prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and leadership on injury prevention, wellness initiatives, and return-to-work planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure with relevant clinical experience.
- Knowledge of occupational health practices, OSHA regulations, and infection control standards.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and team-oriented skills.
- Ability to support a mission-driven and innovative healthcare environment.
