Occupational Health Operational Lead
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. We have: - Area HR Business Partnering & Emp Relations Location Jubilee Campus Salary £35,608 to £47,389 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Closing Date Monday 05 October 2026 Interview Date See advert Reference HR1404626X1 We need to drop minor metadata like Job ID, reference, closing date? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with location, salary, maybe closing date? But we should not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have salary range: that's Pay. So we can create a Pay section with that info. Also we have working hours: full time, 36.25 hours per week. That's Schedule. Also we have hybrid working arrangement: that's maybe Benefits? Actually hybrid working arrangement is a benefit. Also holiday entitlement etc. So Benefits section. We also have About The Role (section heading). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). About You (maybe Requirements/Qualifications/Skills). We need to map. We should not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Occupational Health Operational Lead. Not to be used as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes many boilerplate paragraphs about equality, diversity, disability confident, Athena Swan, moving to Nottingham, candidate guidance, benefits website, etc. Those should be removed. We need to keep substantive info: role description, responsibilities, about you, what we offer (hybrid working, holiday entitlement, training, career progression, benefits website), working hours full time 36.25 hours per week, interview dates (13th or 15th Oct 2026), contact Lindsay Shaw email, note that applications sent directly to email not accepted, etc. Also maybe reference number? Could be minor metadata; we can drop or put in short p. We must not include application instructions? The instruction says: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove application instructions like "To apply for this vacancy please click ‘Apply Now’." Also "Please contact Lindsay Shaw ... if you have further questions about this role." That might be considered application instruction? It's contact for questions; maybe keep? It's not exactly application instruction but could be considered contact. Safer to keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. Contact for questions might be considered part of application process. Might be safer to drop it. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; contact email is substantive? It's not about the role itself but about application. The instruction says remove application instructions, so we should drop that line. Also "Please note that applications sent directly to this email address will not be accepted." That's also application instruction. So drop. We also have "Interviews will take place on either the 13th or 15th October 2026." That's substantive (schedule of interview). Could be included maybe under a section? Not exactly Pay/Schedule/Benefits but could be under a generic section like "Selection Process" but we only allowed headings from list. Could we put under Responsibilities? No. Could we create a separate section? Not allowed unless we map to one of the allowed headings. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Interview date could go under Schedule? Schedule usually refers to working schedule. But we could interpret Schedule as interview schedule? Might be stretching. Better to not create a section for interview date; maybe we can include it in a short paragraph under About the role? But that might be mixing. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop interview date. So we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can include it in a
after the About the role section, not as a heading. That's allowed: we can have prose paragraphs not under headings. The instruction: Use
for section headings, - for any list,
for prose. So we can have sections with headings, and also free paragraphs.
Thus we can have:
About the role
... (description)
Responsibilities
- ...
...
Requirements
maybe combine About You.
We have "About You" with bullet-like sentences. Could be Requirements or Skills. We'll treat as Requirements.
We also have "What We Offer" which includes hybrid working, holiday entitlement, training, career progression, benefits website. That's Benefits.
Pay: salary range.
Schedule: working hours full time 36.25 hours per week.
We also have location: Jubilee Campus. Could be included in About the role paragraph.
We also have reference number etc; we can drop.
Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content.
Let's extract substantive content:
