Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in administering treatments, physical examinations, diagnostic tests and basic medical care functions with diligence, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
- Support the administration of company policies related to medical recordkeeping, employee health records, and medical leave of absence.
- Provide health services and administer surveillance evaluations to company employees, recording observations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with company policy.
- Perform routine nursing tasks associated with medical screenings, tests, and clinical procedures.
- Collect appropriate samples and specimens from patients, and perform hearing and vision screening following clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals, behaviors, and assist in medical emergencies that may occur on company premises such as accidents, injuries, sudden illnesses, etc.
- Follow established policies and procedures, identify roadblocks, and effectively communicate issues to the medical team’s attention.
- Provide patient-centered care with empathy, kindness, and professionalism.
- Communicate health screening results, communicate physical rehabilitation programs information to patients requiring treatment, and assist with medication administration while managing medication protocols.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with regulatory developments and infection control protocols.
- Support emergency procedures preparation and adherence to infection control practices.
- Maintain an understanding of all relevant regulatory developments defining patient privacy and medical record confidentiality, infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, accreditation Standards, etc.
- Work all shifts (days, overnights and weekends) as needed. Schedules may vary: 2:00 - 10:00 pm or 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Monday through Friday plus weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in nursing
- 2+ years of experience in areas such as clinical occupational health nursing, urgent care, or emergency room
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Unrestricted state licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse

Benefits
This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $63,480-106,680. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
