Occupational Health Nurse

Role Overview This position involves supervising the daily operations of Occupational Health, managing the Workers' Compensation program, and coordinating delivery of Occupational Health Services. The role includes assessing employee injuries, facilitating treatment, performing pre-employment physicals, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and employees. Responsibilities Evaluate employee injuries and coordinate appropriate treatment and follow-up.Manage and deliver occupational health services to employees.Oversee case management for all workers' compensation claims.Conduct pre-employment physicals to assess eligibility and capacity.Develop and document care plans with clear goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with RN license.Experience of 2-5 years; supervisory experience is not mandatory.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and COHN certification.
