Join our Occupational Health team as a Clinical Nurse RN – Occupational Health and make an impact on the health and well-being of our workforce. In this role, you’ll provide care and case management for patients with acute and chronic illnesses — including COVID, Flu, and RSV — within both ambulatory and call center settings. You’ll blend clinical expertise with data-driven coordination, supporting our workforce through every step of their care journey. You’ll also play a key role in program development, onboarding, and interdisciplinary teamwork — making this an exciting opportunity for an RN ready to grow, collaborate, and lead with purpose.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care — assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient.
- Manage workforce member cases for COVID, Flu, and RSV, ensuring timely follow-up and recovery support.
- Cooky center testing efforts at UHTMC and UHLMC, and manage ongoing testing data for long-term care and administrative reporting.
- Support research and safety programs, including COVID data tracking and the PREVENT Research Project.
- Lead and assist with onboarding of new staff members, helping build a culture of safety and excellence.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards while modeling integrity and service excellence.
- Collaborate across teams — patients, physicians, and healthcare colleagues — to deliver efficient, empathetic, and evidence-based care.
