Occupational Therapist (OT) - School-Based $60-$64 per hour | 2-3 Days per Week | Potential for Full-Time Make a meaningful impact on young students while enjoying a schedule that works for you. Interim HealthCare is hiring a school-based Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to early education students. This position begins at 2-3 days per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the program expands. Why You’ll Love This Position Earn $60-$64 per hour Work a consistent weekday, daytime schedule Follow the school calendar Start with 2-3 days per week Opportunity to grow into a full-time position No evenings, weekends, or major holidays Work directly with early education students Receive support from an experienced local team Make a visible difference in students’ everyday lives What You’ll Do Evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans Provide direct school-based occupational therapy services Help students strengthen fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional classroom skills Establish measurable goals and monitor student progress Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student education plans Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other therapy professionals Recommend classroom strategies, accommodations, and adaptive equipment when appropriate What We’re Looking For Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a student-focused team Pediatric, early education, or school-based experience preferred Ability to obtain all required Pennsylvania school clearances Build a Role That Can Grow With You This is more than a few extra hours each week.
