Representative Duties
- Trains staff on child measures, assisting with in-person and Zoom training for new and existing staff on measures to be used with study.
- Affords assistance with training staff on data protocols.
- In partnership with Project Director, ensures databases and datasets are created for all measures along with participant tracking.
- Affords assistance with protocol development and implementation.
- Affords assistance with development of code books for each dataset; works closely with research partners to ensure fidelity.
- Affords assistance with communication with program partners (site administration) and with scheduling data collection visits.
- Attends project meetings and Institute meetings as needed.
Required Skills And Abilities
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must be able to read and interpret policy as well as University, State and Federal regulations.
- Must have effective data management skills.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of applied research.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood, Psychology or related field required.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Four years’ experience required.
- Must be in one of the following areas: Conducting research; project management; accounting or business; early childhood program administration.
