THE POSITION
Location: Akeley, MN (56433)
Hours: Occasional shifts - Casual/PRN
Client Specifics: 7 year old with a vent and g-tube
Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights
- Night & Weekend Bonus Structure
- Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
- Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
- Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour
About the Role
The position involves delivering personalized, 1:1 care to children with medical complexities in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, individualized care to medically complex children
- Support children's growth and development in the comfort of their home
- Manage ventilator, trach, and g-tube care as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license
- Experience in pediatric nursing is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in children's lives
Skills
- Skilled in managing ventilators, trachs, and g-tubes
