THE POSITION

Location: Elk River (55330)

HOURS: Days Every Sunday 10-hour shift
Days Every other Monday & Saturdays 10-hour shifts

Clients: 6 years old with a g-tube
HCNs attend school with client

Sign On Bonus: Up to $4,000 for Full Time Nights

• Night & Weekend Bonus Structure:
  • Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
  • Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
  • Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children.

The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
