Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license (Minnesota)

Qualifications

• No prior pediatric home care experience required
• Hands‑on education, patient‑specific training, simulation‑based learning, and 24/7 clinical support provided

Skills

• Trach care and ventilator management
• Airway suction and G‑tube feeding/medication administration
• Medication administration and patient assessment
• Accurate documentation
• Family education and support

• Shift differentials: Weekday nights (Mon‑Fri): +$1/hour; Weekend nights (Sat‑Sun): +$2/hour; Weekend days (Sat‑Sun): +$1/hour

Pay

• LPN: $25.00 – $31.00 per hour
• RN: $35.00 – $41.00 per hour
• Starting pay based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications

Schedule

• Occasional PRN/Casual: one weekend a month
• Shifts: Fridays, 12‑hour day shift
