Friday Day Shift | Pediatric Home Health RNs only near Foley

About the role

At Pediatric Home Service, RNs and LPNs deliver personalized, 1:1 care that allows children with medical complexities to grow and thrive in the comfort of home. The position offers a supportive, flexible environment where your work truly matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one nursing care to a 6‑year‑old client with a chest port and gastrostomy tube (g‑tube).
• Administer medications, manage port access, and perform g‑tube feedings and care.
• Monitor vital signs, respond to changes in condition, and collaborate with the family and care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current RN license (LPN candidates considered for other roles; this position is RN‑only).
• Willingness to learn specialized pediatric skills; prior pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently in a home setting.

Training & Support

• Hands‑on training in ventilator, tracheostomy, and g‑tube care provided; no prior experience required.

Pay

• Base hourly range: $35.00 – $41.00 for RNs (based on license, experience, qualifications).
• Night & weekend bonus structure:
  • Weekday nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
  • Weekend nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
  • Weekend days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Schedule

Location: Foley, MN (56329). Shifts are primarily Fridays with 10‑hour blocks; you can choose additional shifts and earn the night/weekend bonuses as outlined above.
