About the role

The Occupational Medicine Client Support Specialist is a key member of our staff supporting our Business Development Team in building and fostering client relations. This position is responsible for timely responsiveness, thorough communication, and establishing clear and concise client protocols to meet our goal of providing the best experience possible for our patients and clients.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Build and foster professional relationships with clients in target markets
  • Act as the liaison between the Client, Business Dev. Rep., and the Clinical Staff
  • Establish clear and concise client protocols for all staff that will interact with the patient
  • Aid with client account management, such as personnel changes, protocol change requests, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities including calls, appointments, and follow-up activity, etc., using our CRM tools
  • Monitor client activity for understanding visit trends
  • Proactively reach out for client maintenance
  • Support the overall growth plans and goals for our Occupational Medicine program
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications And Required Skills

  • Experience in client relations

  • Professional, effective, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently with a disciplined work ethic
  • Ability to work with staff members at all levels of the organization in a cooperative, team-oriented manner
  • Energetic team player
  • Conduct business in a service-oriented manner that is attentive, cooperative, sensitive, respectful, and kind in dealing with patients, clients, visitors, the general public, and all colleagues
  • Healthcare experience a plus
