The Clinician Support Specialist (CSS) plays a critical role in supporting the clinical care team and ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care. In this position, you will work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) and facility staff to coordinate workflows, support clinical services, and enhance communication between patients, providers, and care teams. CSS team members contribute to patient care delivery through a combination of clinical support, administrative coordination, and customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
