About the Role

PATH is seeking candidates with a passion for making a difference in the Orange County Community to join our Yale Interim Housing team as a Safety Support Associate. This position has the following shift schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00pm-7:30am

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and executing confidential information according to HIPAA standards
• Adequate communication skills, both in writing and verbally
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Mature judgment, self-motivation, and proactive behavior
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands in a high-pressure environment

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid training
• Tuberculosis Test

• Drug Test
• Driving Requirement: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience working with vulnerable populations and/or security and/or de-escalation/nonviolent crisis intervention
• Minimum Qualifications: All levels of education and experience welcome
• Mandatory Requirements: Must have employment eligibility verification, CPR/First Aid training, Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test, and Driving Requirement
