About the role
Join an established and growing small OB/GYN private practice in a suburban area near Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
- Manage a patient volume of 20–25 patients daily
- Share call duties on a 1:4 basis
Schedule
- 32 clinic hours per week
- Rotating Saturday schedule
Compensation
- Starting base salary: $250,000 – $275,000
- Bonuses based on collections
- Total compensation: $325,000 – $400,000+
