Obstetrics & Gynecology - OB/GYN in Temple, TX

About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a board certified or board eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join an outstanding OB/GYN program. The Obstetrics and Gynecology physician will provide direct patient care in an employed position.

• 35 physicians in the department across the Temple region, including 4 OB/GYN specialists, 11 subspecialist physicians, and 2 full-time APPs at this location
• Access to OB/GYN subspecialists: MFM, REI, FPMRS, GynOnc, and Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology
• 50/50 mix of OB and GYN responsibilities
• Opportunity to perform robotic-assisted surgeries
• Average of 20 to 24 patients per full day
• Opportunity to participate in lectures, grand rounds, research, and quality improvement projects
• Opportunity to work with OB/GYN residents and medical students
• Call schedule of 1:10

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or demonstrate board eligibility through the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists)
