About the role
The role involves providing outpatient OB and GYN care, including routine prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic visits. Perform office-based procedures and manage a broad range of clinical conditions with physician collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population, including economically disadvantaged and vulnerable patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and an OB/GYN residency program to deliver patient-centered care.
- Engage in team-based care with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff.
- Participate in the established English and Spanish prenatal centering program to support culturally responsive care.
- Teach and mentor residents through the affiliated OB/GYN residency program.
Requirements
- Licensed NP or PA (or eligible)
- Women’s health or OB/GYN experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay
Competitive compensation aligned with system APP pay structure. Premium pay such as shift, on-call, and more based on a teammate's job. Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
