These positions provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a group practice setting. Physicians enjoy a balanced mix of office-based care, scheduled surgical time, and shared call responsibilities.

The OB/GYN will join a supportive, collegial team of physicians and advanced practice providers who value collaboration and mutual support. The practice culture emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, with a strong commitment to helping colleagues navigate both professional and personal needs. Additionally, the team includes dedicated nursing staff, medical assistants, front-desk personnel, and clinic administrator, who value collaboration and mutual support and collaboration across our geographies to support a cohesive regional Ob/GYN program.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and DEA certification
  • Open to experienced physicians and recent residency graduates
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach to care
  • Passion for women’s health and interest in building long-term community relationships

Base Compensation Range

The base compensation range for this role is $356,790 - $484,770 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education.

Technology & Ancillary Services

  • Office-Based Resources: Non-stress testing (NST), colposcopy, ultrasound, Robust Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) collaboration, including ultrasound reads and high-risk consults, DaVinci robotic surgical system, 24-hour in-house anesthesia, advanced critical care and interventional radiology support, Level III NICU with strong neonatal and maternal support
  • Hospital-Based Resources: DaVinci robotic surgical system, 24-hour in-house anesthesia, advanced critical care and interventional radiology support, Level III NICU with strong neonatal and maternal support, Robust Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) collaboration, including ultrasound reads and high-risk consults
