Obstetrics Gynecologist - Locums Coverage

About the role

This role involves providing inpatient and emergency obstetric and gynecologic care in a hospital setting. Ideal candidates are committed to providing quality patient care and maintaining high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing high and low risk pregnancies
• Interpreting fetal heart rate data
• Performing OB ultrasounds
• Assisting with C-sections and minor GYN procedures
• Coverage of Labor & Delivery, OB Emergency Department, ED consults, and inpatient consults
• Support from 24/7 MFM specialists and OB CRNA in-house

Schedule

Clinicians will see approximately 19 patients daily and work in shifts of 3 to 5 days, including 12-hour night or 24-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-risk obstetrics
• Ultrasound proficiency
• Ability to make surgical decisions
