About the role
In-house call physician responsible for providing phone consultations, patient assessments, and managing admissions.
Responsibilities
- Handle 3-5 phone consults per call period
- See 3-5 patients per call period
- Manage 1-2 admissions per call period
- Respond to calls within 30 minutes
- Maintain a 100% callback rate
- Participate in call coverage exclusively from the hospital setting
Requirements
- Hospital privileges required to perform duties effectively
- Relevant medical licensure
