Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN)

About the role

Join a growing women's health practice at Wythe County Community Hospital in Wytheville, Virginia. Hospital has around 30 deliveries per month and offers EMR and practice management support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients
• Utilize 4 LDRP Suites, Level 1 Nursery, and pediatric support services
• Benefit from local doula support provided by the Virginia Health Department
• Participate in a collaborative work environment

Requirements

• Current medical license in Virginia
• Experience in OB/GYN preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Passing scores on the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX)
