Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN)

About the role
As an OBGYN with Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Lawrenceburg, you will join an established group practice in a growing community. You will work in a strong patient base with experienced staff and a collaborative work environment. The schedule is 7 days on/7 days off, with midwife and APP support, and midwives take first call. There is a high delivery volume with approximately 400 deliveries per year, and laparoscopic surgical cases are available. A hospitalist program for GYN admissions is also provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team including midwives and advanced practice providers.
- Manage a high volume of deliveries and surgical cases.
- Participate in a robust hospitalist program for GYN admissions.
Requirements
- MD/DO degree with current medical license in TN.
- Completion of an accredited OBGYN residency program.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Experience with midwifery and advanced practice provider support.
