Position Details
- Full-time position with inpatient and ambulatory clinical responsibilities
- All inpatient work occurs at Providence-Little Company of Mary Medical Center - Torrance
- Deliveries average 60 to 80 per month
- Average outpatient visit volume is 20 to 22 patients per day
- Call coverage is 2 to 4 weekdays per month and 6 to 8 weekends per year
- No office or clinical responsibilities on weekday call days
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Full benefits package offered
- Eligible for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- Compensation is between $325,000 and $385,000 per year
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position
- Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group
