Coverage Type: Outpatient; Schedule Type: Clinic only; Call Type: N/A; Schedule (per Week): Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week; Dates of Need: Starting January 2027; Shift Times: 7a-3p/8a-7p; Lunch: unpaid; Provider Min # Shifts Required: 10-15 per month; Guaranteed Hours per Day: 0; Hours Worked for OT to apply: 0; Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday; Clinic Shifts needed: 5-10 shifts/month (January‑April), 10-15 shifts/month (April‑at least Oct).
