Obstetrician/Gynecologist - Locum Tenens Coverage

This role is for an MD providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care during in-house call shifts at two hospital sites. Responsibilities include managing labor and delivery cases, performing emergency procedures, and collaborating with maternal-fetal medicine specialists and anesthesia teams.The position involves overseeing approximately 44 deliveries per month at one site and 38 at the other, with full scope practice capabilities.Support staff includes MFM on-site, in-house anesthesia, nursing, medical assistants, and administrative teams.Prescriptive authority is required, and the patient population primarily consists of adult women.Qualifications include board certification (negotiable), with an emphasis on delivering quality patient care in a hospital setting. Key duties encompass managing obstetric and gynecologic cases, emergency procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
