Position Highlights
This full-time opportunity features a highly desirable schedule of just seven 24-hour in-house shifts per month, offering exceptional work-life balance while maintaining meaningful clinical impact. This is a full-time, employed position with a total compensation package exceeding $200/hour — starting at $160/hr base plus comprehensive benefits including, 401K match, tail coverage, malpractice, CME allowance, and relocation support. Additional earning opportunities may include extra shifts, emergency coverage, holiday premium pay, surgery assist compensation, and shift coverage at additional regional medical centers. A partner-provider 12-hour daytime shift model may also be available.
Responsibilities
- Labor and delivery coverage
- OB triage
- Emergency Department consults
- Delivery backup
- First assist for C-sections
- Support for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
- Inpatient consultative services
Requirements
BC/BE OB/GYN certification required.
