Object-Based Linguistic Signatures Advisor

About the role

Apogee Engineering is seeking an Object-Based Linguistic Signatures Advisor to provide advisory, technical, and administrative support and outreach to the OSINT community on Object-Based Linguistic Signatures (OBLS). The position is contingent upon contract award and is located at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH, with an on-site work arrangement and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Advise the OSINT community on OBLS concepts and usage.
• Provide technical and administrative support to OBLS-related initiatives.
• Conduct outreach to promote OBLS adoption and best practices.
• Develop plans to improve OBLS capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure capabilities meet operational and analytic requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with DoW or similar programs.
• Experience in intelligence analysis or OSINT.
• Direct experience with OBLS or similar frameworks.
• Background in OSINT tradecraft and tools.
