About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered OB/GYN to join our respected and innovative Women's Health team in Baldwin, Wisconsin. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative, low-intervention care model that values relationship-based medicine and exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology
• Participate in a collaborative, low-intervention care model
• Provide personalized patient experiences
• Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives
• Promote physiologic birth and minimize unnecessary surgical intervention
• Practice the full scope of OB/GYN medicine

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience in a rural setting preferred
• Strong emphasis on relationship-based medicine and exceptional outcomes

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice medicine in Wisconsin
• Passing score on the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE)

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues
• Strong clinical skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in obstetrics and gynecology

$390,000.00 base salary
