About the Role
As an OB/GYN physician with Intermountain Southridge OB/GYN, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will join a collegial established practice with five OB/GYN generalists, three OB/GYN Hospitalists, six CNMs, one WHNP, and experienced support staff.
Our service includes providing surgical backup for the midwives in our work family, support for our WHNP, and coverage for Southridge patients while in house, as well as a classic OB/GYN Hospitalist role supporting private docs and all emergencies. We are passionate about building bridges with our community providers and supporting our hospital teams to provide excellent care to the women in our area and be the model gold standard.
You'll work a mix of clinic, surgical, and restricted OB Hospitalist shifts, with manageable unrestricted call. Clinic time will be split between our newly built Copper Hills Clinic in West Jordan, Utah and Southridge Clinic, on campus of Riverton Hospital, conveniently located across the hall from our Labor & Delivery Unit. Deliveries and surgeries will all take place at Riverton Hospital. Riverton Hospital is a level IV Trauma Center, home to a level II NICU, Da Vinci Robotics, and an award-winning Labor & Delivery Unit. MFM & Neonatology consult available 24/7.

Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- Completion of U.S. ACGME Residency
- BLS Provider Certification
- Ability to complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Team mentality is a must; desire and skills for gynecologic surgery expected
- Strong work ethic and communication skills are imperative

Work locations include Southridge Clinic at Riverton and West Jordan Clinic.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $7.25 - $999.99, with actual rate dependent upon experience.
